TABLE HELP

Help Paths for Holdem Proseries Players

When you're mid-hand and need clarity on blinds, side-pot splits or disconnection rules, these channels get you answers without leaving the table. Our support team sees your active table and session state so they can walk you through any hand dispute or payout question in context.

Live Table Chat Type your question in the table chat window and our floor moderator will reply during the next break between hands — useful for blind-structure questions or seat-assignment issues that don't need a private ticket.
In-Lobby Ticket Open a support ticket from the lobby menu; include your table ID and the hand number so our team can pull the exact board state and confirm payouts or review a dealer action you're unsure about.
Holdem FAQ Check the Holdem Proseries FAQ panel under account settings for quick answers on blind schedules, tournament prize pools, multi-table limits and the disconnection-protection timer that holds your seat for sixty seconds.
FAIR PLAY

How We Keep Holdem Proseries Fair

Live dealer poker removes deck-shuffle uncertainty because you watch the dealer handle physical cards on camera. We run additional checks to keep multi-table play fair and prevent collusion across rooms.

Studio Video Feeds Evolution and Ezugi stream every table from licensed studio floors with multiple camera angles so you see the dealer's hands, the card shoe and the discard tray throughout each hand — no off-camera shuffles or hidden deck swaps.
Hand History Logs Every hand you play is logged with timestamps, hole cards, community board, bet sizes and final pot distribution; you can export these logs from your account dashboard to review your session or check payout math independently.
Collusion Monitoring Our system flags accounts that repeatedly sit at the same tables or show coordinated betting patterns; flagged pairs are reviewed by our compliance team and any confirmed collusion results in account suspension and prize forfeiture.
Provider Certification Evolution holds gaming certificates from Malta and the UK; Ezugi is licensed in Curaçao — both studios publish their certification numbers on their own sites and we link to those disclosures in our provider directory under account settings.
bb22 What We Offer in Holdem Proseries

What We Offer in Holdem Proseries

Our Holdem Proseries lobby groups tables by stake and variant so you can jump straight to the game that fits your bankroll. Evolution streams the main No-Limit tables with professional dealers calling each street; Ezugi handles the Pot-Limit and turbo sit-and-go rooms where blinds climb faster. You'll see your hole cards, community board and chip stack in the same layout whether you're

on mobile or desktop — the interface scales without cutting detail. We've placed the chat panel to the right of the table so you can follow table talk without blocking the action, and the hand-history drawer opens from the bottom when you need to review past streets. Players in Dhaka reach these tables in seconds through our mobile-optimised lobby, and you can

filter by stake range or tournament schedule to narrow the list.

Holdem Proseries Glossary

Short definitions for the terms you'll see at our Holdem Proseries tables — what each phrase means and how it affects your hand.

What does No-Limit Holdem mean?

No-Limit Holdem lets you bet any amount up to your entire chip stack on any street; there's no cap on raise size beyond the chips you have in front of you at that moment.

What is a sit-and-go tournament?

A sit-and-go starts as soon as the required number of players register; there's no fixed schedule — blinds rise on a preset timer and play continues until one player holds all the chips.

What does the term 'streets' refer to?

Streets are the betting rounds in Holdem: preflop after hole cards are dealt, flop after three community cards, turn after the fourth card, and river after the fifth and final card.

What is a side pot?

A side pot forms when a player goes all-in for less than the current bet; remaining players contest the side pot separately while the all-in player can only win the main pot they contributed to.

What does disconnection protection cover?

If your connection drops mid-hand, our system holds your seat and treats your hand as all-in for the amount already in the pot; you're eligible for any main-pot winnings but can't bet further streets.

What is rake in live poker?

Rake is the small percentage the house takes from each pot; our Holdem Proseries tables charge five percent rake capped at a fixed chip amount that varies by stake level and is shown in the table lobby.

Holdem Proseries Questions from Bangladesh Players

Real questions we hear about our Holdem Proseries lobby — table access, stakes, mobile play, deposits and tournament schedules.

You can browse all our Evolution and Ezugi Holdem tables from Bangladesh; actual table access depends on your local law and the eligible regions we serve — check the account-eligibility panel under settings before you deposit.

Our lobby lets you open up to four tables in separate browser tabs or app windows; each table runs independently and you'll hear an alert tone when action returns to you at any table you've minimised.

Tap the wallet icon in the lobby, choose bKash, enter your deposit amount in Taka, and send payment to the account number shown; chips appear in your lobby balance within one to two minutes after bKash confirms the transaction.

We run tables from micro stakes with ten-Taka big blinds up to high-stakes rooms with five-thousand-Taka big blinds; the lobby filter lets you set your minimum and maximum blind range so you see only tables that match your bankroll.

We offer both: sit-and-go tournaments start as soon as six or nine players register, while our scheduled multi-table events run at fixed times listed in the tournament lobby with prize pools and blind structures published a day in advance.

Open your account dashboard and click Hand History; you'll see every hand you played with hole cards, community board, bet actions and final pot — you can filter by date, table or tournament ID and export the list as a text file.
